Share Your Fencing Expertise
We're a new Kiwi company on a mission to engineer practical solutions for the real-world frustrations farmers face with their portable fencing. Before we build anything, we need to listen to the experts — you.
This survey is our most important tool for understanding the day-to-day reality of your fencing work. Your honest feedback will help us build smarter, more reliable gear for New Zealand farms.
To say thanks for your 8 minutes of expert advice, you will receive a $20 voucher
for Farmlands, New World, Four Square, PGG Wrightson, or a Prezzy Card.
Thank you for your help.

Here are some answers to some questions you might have.
We're a new, New Zealand-based team of engineers and designers who are passionate about solving the small but frustrating problems that can make a tough job even tougher. We're focused on agricultural hardware, starting with portable fencing.
Because we refuse to design based on assumptions. We know there are trusted, proven brands out there that farmers rely on. Our goal is to listen to your experiences—both good and bad—to identify any remaining gaps or frustrations where new ideas might help. Your feedback will directly influence our design and engineering focus.
Absolutely not. This is genuine research. You will not be added to any marketing lists, and you will not be contacted by a salesperson. Our goal right now is to learn from you so we can build something genuinely useful.
I know your time is valuable. The survey should take about 12-15 minutes to complete. The most questions are quick multiple-choice questions, followed by the odd question where I ask for a few stories and experiences.
Your detailed, open-text answers are the most valuable part of this process. They will be read by our design and engineering teams to guide product development. All personal information (your name, address, and contact details) is collected only for the purpose of sending you your thank-you voucher. It will be stored securely and kept strictly confidential.
Yes. Your survey responses will be anonymized and used in aggregate (as part of a larger group of responses) for our research analysis. We will never quote you by name or attribute a specific comment to you or your farm publicly. We will not share or sell your personal contact details with any third party.
Simply complete the survey, then fill in your contact and postal details in the final section. Once your submission is verified, I'll get your voucher underway.
I process and mail out vouchers every few days. Depending on rural delivery schedules, you should receive your physical voucher within 5-10 working days of completing the survey.
To send you the physical voucher. This is the most reliable way to ensure you receive it. Your address will be used for this purpose. Also to make sure you are a real farmer in New Zealand rather than some random.
You can email me directly at chris@getgryph.com, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
