GRYPH Agritech Fencing Survey - Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in participating in our research. Before you begin, please read the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Participation & Voucher
To be eligible to complete this survey and receive a thank-you voucher, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be a current owner, manager, or full-time employee of a commercial farming operation.

• Your farming operation must be physically located within New Zealand.

• Your role must involve the regular, hands-on use of portable/temporary electric fencing (i.e., several times per week or more).

• The survey is limited to one submission per eligible person.

2. Voucher Offer

• Upon successful completion and verification of your survey, you will be entitled to one (1) $20 NZD voucher.

• The voucher can be for Farmlands, Four Square, New World, PGG Wrightson, or a Prezzy Card, as selected by you in the survey.

• Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

3. Submission Validity

• GRYPH Agritech reserves the right to review all submissions for quality, completeness, and adherence to the eligibility criteria.

• Submissions that are incomplete, contain nonsensical or irrelevant answers, fail automated quality checks, or are otherwise deemed to be of low quality at our sole discretion will be disqualified from receiving a voucher.

• Our decision on the validity of a submission is final.

4. Data Privacy & Use

• Your personal contact information (name, address, email) will be used solely for the purpose of sending your voucher and will be kept confidential.

• Your survey responses will be anonymised and used in aggregate for our internal research and product development purposes.

• We will not sell or share your personal contact information with any third parties.

5. General Conditions

• GRYPH Agritech reserves the right to amend or withdraw this survey and voucher offer at any time without prior notice.

• By participating in this survey, you agree to these terms and conditions.
